In Saskatoon and area smaller affordable houses are purchased and torn down in order to build larger houses that the average person can not afford. These smaller houses are necessary for a first time home owner to purchase and build equity for future houses as your family grows. What Bradley Homes does is buy affordable houses and renovate them using quality products, trades and permits to have a worry free investment. Our goal is to give you 5 years of no worries and be able to re-list your property and pass on the experience of first time home ownership to someone else.
